Challenges & Approach

One of the biggest challenges was managing heavy moss and organic debris on the retaining walls near gravel-covered pond areas. To avoid making a mess of the landscaping, we laid down tarps to catch runoff and debris as we cleaned. Once the washing was done, we bagged and removed the waste by hand to leave the area spotless.

Another key concern was cleaning around freshly resurfaced asphalt without leaving any residue or marks. We used low-pressure rinse techniques and controlled water flow to protect the new pavement while still delivering a deep clean.

Working around parked vehicles also added complexity, but our team adapted by using manual techniques to access hard-to-reach areas and kept the site safe and quiet for residents throughout the project.
